"Syndoxis Cloud was developed with the objective of transforming the healthcare industry. Our vision is materialized in the engineering of a set of private Clouds and intelligent connected electronic devices that are capable of revolutionizing medical processes, offering sophisticated tools to physicians, protecting patients and saving lives by predicting health crisis, heart attacks as an example"   Founder of XTS Hybrid

Concept of Syndoxis Cloud

Syndoxis is the only moroccan technology capable of providing citizens with the possibility of having a single medical record per specialty at a national level, and to provide doctors with the possibility to analyze the history of new and old patients with all the details (Reports of visits to other doctors and hospitals, allergies, clinical examinations, para-clinical examinations, biological, anapathological and radoiological examinations with static and dynamic imaging...). This in order to have a better visibility and to refine their diagnoses and conclusions.
Syndoxis also provides doctors with the possibility to monitor their patients vital signs in real time 24h/24 7h/7 by using connected elecronic devices.

In order to implement Syndoxis Cloud, we have invented a unique architecture in order to be able to provide functionalities only possible through this technology. Syndoxis offers the possibility:
For each citizen to have a unique medical record by specialty at a national level
For physicians to have a package of sophisticated tools to manage patients and medical facilities.
Physicians to access data from any location via different devices and to have complete mobility.
For physicians to have exclusive communication channels with medical laboratories.
On top of that :
Physicians should have perfect data security on the Cloud based on multiple redundancy servers.
We offer free training and technical support which is provided by expert engineers.
Syndoxis also provides national statistics for a multitude of aspects in real time.

Main modules of Syndoxis Cloud

Syndoxis Cloud has been perfected over a period of 4 years in collaboration with doctors from different specialties and offers a package with a large number of features from patients records management, appointment management, quotations and invoicing to interfacing with RVG/ 3D scanners and sending confirmation SMS of appointments and unpaid bills reminders.

Syndoxis deals with every aspect of the medical profession and offers unique features that only a private cloud can offer. Our technology provides you with the ability to:
Manage your medical records with ease
Generate your orders and requests for additional examinations
  Remote access to your data
Working with computers, tablets and smartphones on the move
Interface with your RVG and 3D scanner
Have an exclusive transmission channel allowing you to receive reports from medical laboratories. These reports are systematically extracted by Syndoxis and integrated into the records of the patients in question.
Schedule your appointments in full flexibility in synchronization with your assistants.
Manage your waiting rooms in synchronization with your assistants
  Automate the invoicing process
Generate your quotes in one click
Generate your financial statements with ease.
  Send confirmation SMS of appointments
Send reminder SMS of unpaid bills
Use your tablets and smartphones as a document scanner to integrate them into your databases.
  And more.

"Thanks to its extensible technological basis, Syndoxis allows an infinite number of new modules and new connected electronic equipments to be integrated. This scalability is able to improve medical care in significant ways and help better protect patients by monitoring their health status in real time, and by predicting health crises if necessary. "

Syndoxis IoT: Future of Medical Technologies

Syndoxis is an ecosystem of connected software and electronic innovations (IOT). IoT is transforming the healthcare industry by redefining the way applications and devices interact and connect to each other to provide new solutions.

To understand the extent to which IoT is involved in the health care industry, it is important to remember the benefits it can bring :
Cost reduction: patient follow-up is done in real time to reduce unnecessary physician visits. In particular, digitized hospitals have a reputation for reducing the time of stay and readmissions.
Improving treatment outcomes: Cloud-based healthcare solutions give caregivers the ability to access information in real time to make evidence-based, oriented decisions. This ensures that decisions are made at the right time and in the right way. The treatments are therefore improved.
Improved disease management: when patients are monitored on an ongoing basis and when health care providers are able to access data in real time, diseases are treated before they have time to develop.
Error reduction: accurate data collection, automated workflow and algorithms that help decision-making are ways to reduce waste and minimize errors.
Improving the experience: in the health care sector, IoT focuses on the needs of the patient. Pro-active treatments, improved diagnostic accuracy, timely intervention by physicians and improved treatment outcomes have a beneficial effect on patients' health.

The impact of cloud computing on medical devices

New cloud-connected systems are rapidly emerging that offer significant value to patients and medical service providers. Image: IBM Research. Cloud computing is a subscription-based infrastructure that delivers services such as storage, databases, software, and networking. The healthcare industry and in particular the medical devices sector has been relatively slow in adopting cloud computing technology. However, the tide is turning and increased awareness of the benefits of such features as flexibility, back-up, and recovery capability in case of single point of failure, as well as remote access to services...

This wearable ultrasound patch can monitor central blood pressure ...

Researchers at the University of California San Diego have developed a wearable ultrasound patch that is able to non-invasively monitor blood pressure in a patient’s arteries deep within the body. The patch could help detect serious cardiovascular problems sooner and with more accuracy. The patch can be used for real-time, continuous blood pressure monitoring changes in patients who have heart or lung disease, as well as patients who are critically ill or in surgery. The UCSD-developed patch uses ultrasound to non-invasively track vital signs and physiological signals from places deep within the body.

Why healthcare data may be more secure with cloud computing

In the last few years, cloud computing has moved from an option for healthcare providers to, increasingly, a business necessity. By outsourcing data management to a cloud services company, hospitals can free up their own technical staff to do more work closer to their core competencies. “Microsoft coming along with a public cloud infrastructure, once upon a time, seemed like an unlikely proposition for healthcare, with sensitive data workloads,” Simon Kos, Microsoft chief medical officer, said in a recent interview. “The whole concept that healthcare organizations would put that information in the public cloud and trust it...
